Represented South African companies to issue conduct due diligence on a Chinese businessman

Landing lawyers Larry Zhou and Abby Wang represented a South African company to issue due diligence reports and received good comment from the client.

Our lawyers represented a South African company to investigate basic information of Chinese mainland and Hong Kong companies whose shares are held by the natural person designated by the South African companies and who acts as legal representatives or senior officers. And verify whether the designated person is the shareholder, legal representative or officer of the company on the list based on the list of companies provided by the client. After investigation and careful verification by our lawyers, the investigation results were finally compiled into a legal memorandum and provided to the client.
