Larry Represented an American Client in Negotiation with Supplier in China and Achieved Settlement

An American company entered into a clothing sales contract with a supplier in Guangzhou city. Because the quality of products produced by the supplier was found to be seriously inconsistent with the contract, the American company terminated the sales contract with the supplier.

The supplier sued a Chinese employee of the American company, which seriously affected the normal life of the Chinese employee, and also led the American company to be involved in the dispute caused by the litigation.
